UBS Gold Pro-Am

This Tuesday was a pivotal day in the final preparations before the competition begins, focused on the UBS Gold Pro-Am, which brings together amateurs and professionals on the legendary Crans-Montana course.

The team of Pro Alexander Knappe, accompanied by Gilippo Gavarone, Jörg Fischer and Gian Gregorio Gavarone, stood out brilliantly by clinching the victory. Their remarkable performance, the result of perfect synergy on the greens, made all the difference.

The day continued with press conferences, where players shared their excitement and expressed their determination to excel in the Omega European Masters, which starts tomorrow, Thursday 5th September.

“I think it’s great to have so many spectators who come to watch us, I think that’s why we’re here for. I’m gonna enjoy it and it’s definitely going to push me.” – Joel Girrbach, Swiss golfer, highlights one of the major strengths of this competition: the importance of spectator support and the invaluable value of their presence.
