ALEXANDER NOREN AND WYNDHAM CLARK AT THE START OF THE OMEGA EUROPEAN MASTERS 2025
14.08.2025
The field for the 2025 OMEGA European Masters is getting even stronger with the addition of two marquee names: Alexander Noren (SWE), a two-time winner in Crans-Montana, and Wyndham Clark (USA), the 2023 U.S. Open champion, who will make his debut on the iconic alpine course this year.
A true specialist of the Golf Club Crans-sur-Sierre, Alexander Noren has already triumphed twice, in 2009 and 2016. With 11 international victories to his name, the Swede saw his season start halted by a serious injury: a 90% tear of the right tendon at the ischial bone, which kept him off the fairways for seven months.
Returning to competition in May, he quickly regained top form, posting two Top 10 finishes in his last two outings.
His last appearance at the OMEGA European Masters was in 2017, and this year he returns determined to write a new chapter in Crans-Montana.
Wyndham Clark, meanwhile, will step onto the Valais greens for the first time. A winner of three PGA Tour titles, he made a strong impression in 2023 by claiming the US Open, edging out Rory McIlroy in a tense final showdown.
Just one month later, he added another victory to his record, confirming his status as an ambitious and formidable competitor.
His arrival on the Alpine stage promises top-level action.
