The Spectator's Guide to a Perfect Day at the OMEGA European Masters
04.09.2026
A day at the OMEGA European Masters is about much more than golf: it's a full experience, combining fresh alpine air, a friendly atmosphere and some delicious food along the way. To help you plan your visit from start to finish, here's our practical guide, from getting there to what to eat once you arrive.
By train and public transport: the simplest option
Train remains the most convenient and sustainable way to reach the event. Travel to Sierre/Siders, then continue to Crans-Montana by funicular or bus. Once there, free shuttles run throughout the station during the tournament to take you to the site.
💡 Timetables and tickets available on cff.ch.
By car — or better yet, carpooling
From the motorway, take the Sierre-Ouest exit and follow signs for the OMEGA European Masters. We recommend parking at the P+R Sierre, then continuing by public transport. The Briesses car park in Crans-Montana is also free, with free shuttles running to the Golf Club.
Carpooling is strongly encouraged to help reduce CO₂ emissions: organise your journey via BlaBlaCar or Go More.
🔌 Driving an electric car? Charging stations are available — find them here.
By bike, for the sustainably minded
A bike park is available near the tournament entrance, with an e-bike charging station just 30 metres from the main entrance. Plan your route on Komoot or Strava, and check the weather conditions before setting off. Please note: bikes, e-bikes and scooters are not permitted inside the golf course grounds.
On foot, for those staying in the resort
If you're staying in Crans-Montana, walking is the simplest and most eco-friendly way to reach the tournament.
Free shuttles
Shuttles are free throughout Crans-Montana, including those connecting the Briesses car park to the Golf Club. They run from 7am to 8pm, Thursday to Sunday.
📍 Tournament address: Rue du Prado 20, CH-3963 Crans VS
