UBS Gold Pro-Am: A Final Day Before the Main Event

The week of the Omega European Masters continues in Crans-Montana with the traditional UBS Gold Pro-Am. Following Monday’s Silver Pro-Am and a day of official practice, professionals and amateurs returned to the Severiano Ballesteros course on Wednesday for one final day of golf before the tournament gets underway.

Beyond the competition itself, the day offers a different perspective on the Omega European Masters. In a friendly yet competitive atmosphere, participants were able to enjoy the Crans-Montana course and its spectacular Alpine setting.

The fun was certainly there, but the competition was taken no less seriously. The different flights battled it out over all 18 holes of the Severiano Ballesteros Course, with several standout performances and extremely tight margins right up to the end.

After a fiercely contested day, it was ultimately the team led by professional golfer Adrien Saddier, alongside Édouard and Henri Simon and Didier Membrez, that came out on top, thanks to a winning back nine.

After 18 holes, five teams were tied at the top of the leaderboard, all on -36. It was ultimately Adrien Saddier’s team that made the difference on the back nine, securing victory in the 2026 UBS Gold Pro-Am.

After two days of Pro-Am action and the final preparations, the moment everyone has been waiting for has arrived. Tomorrow, Thursday, the first professionals will tee off in the Omega European Masters for four days of competition in the heart of the Alps.

The Severiano Ballesteros course will once again welcome a world-class international field, with every player aiming to lift the trophy and succeed last year’s champion.

Fans are expected in large numbers in Crans-Montana to enjoy the action, cheer on the players and discover the many activities on offer at the Mont Blanc Village.
