Tournament
This year again, the Omega European Masters has given you an incredible opportunity to be part of the event by playing the eSport tournament on Foresight Golf simulators wherever you are in the world.
The Severiano Ballesteros course of the Golf Club de Crans-sur-Sierre has been replicated in full tournament mode and will offer a great playing opportunity for any golf fan and a very unique bridge between golf eSport and traditional golf.
For its 3rd edition, the Omega European Masters eSport saw over 1,500 players compete virtually on the Severiano Ballesteros course of the Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club.
Thanks to Foresight Sport simulators, professional and amateur players were able to play the digital version of the course in 33 countries around the world.
Among the pros, Josh Oddy (England), Andreas Stjernen (Norway) and Fiorino Clerici (Switzerland) qualified for the final round, that was held in Crans-Montana on September 3rd, 2024. Fiorino Clerici won the round. He received an invitation and played the tournament missing the cut by 2 shots! Congrats to him !
Among the amateurs, the three players invited to join the UBS Gold ProAm are Chris Wilkinson (Australia), Connor Herman (USA) and Regina Geerligs (Switzerland). This was the second appearance for Wilkinson, who won the OEM eSport Amateur in 2023. After a first visit to Crans-Montana, the Australian won again this year ahead of Connor Herman, an American player from Minnesota. Both men were accompanied by Regina Geerligs, a Swiss player from Rastenmoos Golf Club.
