The admission tickets as well as the gift vouchers ordered before the tournament, at a preferential rate, will neither be exchanged nor refunded.

SUSPENSION OF PLAY

A suspension of play due to bad weather conditions does not give right to any refund, unless the time of play during the day is less than 3 hours. In such a case the following amounts will be refunded:

• CHF 30.- per day, with a «permanent» or «week-end» pass.
• Half of the purchase price which appears on the daily ticket or on the grandstand ticket.

CANCELLATIONS

In case of the cancellation of the whole tournament, all tickets ordered online will be refunded in full.

In case of the cancellation of a whole day, the following refunds are granted:

• 25% of the purchase price of a «permanent» pass, and 50% of the purchase price of a «week-end» pass.
• The full amount paid for the purchase of a daily ticket, or a ticket to access the 18th grandstand.

Refund conditions in case of cancellation

• Tickets purchased online: an email will be sent to obtain the bank details for the refund.
• Tickets purchased onsite: please send your ticket along with a deposit slip (or your IBAN number) to the following address: Omega European Masters, P.O. Box 1039, CH-3963 Crans-Montana 2.

No cash refund will be made.

ANIMALS

No pets or animals, except for guide dogs, may be brought into the Venue.

COURT SIDING

No Ticket Holder shall, whilst in the Venue: (a) use any electronic device to engage in any online betting activities in relation to the result, progress, conduct or any other aspect of the Event, including but not limited to the use of betting exchanges; (b) use any electronic device to collect and/or relay any data or information whatsoever on the progress, conduct, result or any other aspect of the Event or any day’s play for betting activities, unlicensed commercial activities or any other purposes in contravention of these Conditions, unless authorized or permitted to do so by PGA European Tour; or (c) offer to any third party any bribe or other reward to fix or to contrive in any way or otherwise improperly influence the result, progress, conduct or any other aspect of the Event.
