Taste the regional food at the Village Mont-Blanc hosted by Valais
“Valais” is currently promoting the local products in the House of Valais located in the Village Mont-Blanc.
The House of Valais is a 200m2 restaurant that welcomes the public of the Omega European Masters in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
This chalet-style area is located in the Village Mont-Blanc, on the edge of the fairway of the 17th hole. The team of expert led by Eddy Baillifard serves raclette, fondue and various dishes from Valais. The dessert consists of a meringue with double cream from the region of Vollèges in Valais. "Many visitors come from the German-speaking Swiss cantons and from abroad. It is important for us to be able to offer our local products to the various guests”, commented Marjorie Rossier, in charge of the events for Valais/Wallis Promotion. During the Omega European Masters, Valais takes the opportunity to promote the activities they offer throughout the year and also other events that are not specifically reserved for the golfing audience. Valais also distributes its magazine entitled "Valais, Engraved on my heart".
