Presale of admission tickets
Tickets for admission to the tournament may be reserved online at preferential prices until 19 August 2013. Tickets will be available for collection at the "PRESALES" counter from Wednesday 4 September, on presentation of the confirmation email and proof of identity.

18th hole grandstand
Access to the 18th hole grandstand on Saturday and Sunday is subject to an additional charge in addition to the tournament admission ticket.

There is no refund and no exchange for tickets purchased online.
Children
Children under 16 (born in 1997 or later) are admitted free.

Members of these clubs, who MUST present their membership card and proof of identity, may buy 2 admission tickets at a discount of 50%, direct from the main box office. This offer applies to admission tickets only; tickets for the 18th hole grandstand are not covered by this offer and should therefore be ordered over the Internet (see below) or may be bought on site, subject to availability.
Swiss Golf Travelers
Thanks to their membership card and their Identity Card, the members of Swiss Golf Travelers have the possibility to purchase two tickets to 50% at the counter of the tournament (www.swiss.com/golf).
